Kemi Badenoch, MP for North West Essex recently visited local electrical engineering company, LPA Group.
The business based in Saffron Walden manufacture electrical engineering components for rail, aviation, industrial, infrastructure, and defence markets; exporting over 50 countries.
Mrs Badenoch was given a tour of the factory, speaking with engineers and constructed components on the assembly line.
Commenting, Rt Hon Kemi Badenoch MP said:
“It was great to visit the LPA Group, an electrical goods manufacturer in Saffron Walden.
“Like so many businesses across North West Essex, the LPA Group is struggling with high energy costs, Labour’s Jobs Tax and burdensome regulations.
“Our local businesses need a Government that understands them. Conservatives back business, we will cut energy bills, scrap business rates for hundreds of local businesses and repeal burdensome regulations. We will get Britain working again.”
